Assembly
The AAEM’s Assembly consists of all its members.
The Assembly meets at least once a year.
The sessions of the assembly are called up by the President of the Assembly. A session may also be scheduled by the Executive Board of the AAEM or by a written request of one third of the total number of members of the Assembly. A meeting of the assembly can be called upon a proposal of the Supervisory Board.
The manner of convening the sessions of the Assembly is determined by the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly.
As a rule, the Assembly adopts the decisions with the majority of votes from the present members.
